RPF Recruitment 2024 Education Criteria

RPF Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure to be followed:

• Written Examination (CBT)
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). (Based on CBT Scores, the candidates 10 times of the vacancies will be called for PET/PST).
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Physical Measurement Test (PMT) Criteria:

For Male:

• UR / OBC: Height – 165 cms, Chest (Unexpended/Expended) – 80/85 cms
• SC / ST: Height – 160 cms, Chest (Unexpended/Expended) – 76.2/81.2 cms
• Gorkhas, Marathas, Dogras, and others: Height – 163 cms, Chest (Unexpended/Expended) – 80/85 cms

For Female:

• UR / OBC: Height – 157 cms
• SC / ST: Height – 152 cms
• Gorkhas, Marathas, Dogras, and others: Height – 155 cms

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Criteria:

For SI (Exe):

• 1600 Meters in 6 min 30 sec
• Long Jump: 12 ft.
• High Jump: 3 ft. 9 in.

For SI Female (Exe):

• 800 Meters in 4 mins
• Long Jump: 9 ft.
• High Jump: 3 ft.

For Constable (Exe):

• 1600 Meters in 5 min 45 sec
• Long Jump: 14 ft.
• High Jump: 4 ft.

For Constable Female (Exe):

• 800 Meters in 3 min 40 sec
• Long Jump: 9 ft.
• High Jump: 3 ft.

Computer-Based Test (CBT) Criteria:

Subjects:

1. General Awareness: 50 questions, 50 marks, 90 minutes duration
2. Arithmetic: 35 questions, 35 marks
3. General Intelligence & Reasoning: 35 questions, 35 marks

RPF Syllabus 2024:

General Awareness:

• Questions on general awareness, current events, Indian History, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Sports, General Science, etc.

Arithmetic:

• Questions on number systems, arithmetic operations, percentages, ratio and proportion, averages, interest, profit and loss, discount, tables and graphs, mensuration, time and distance, etc.

General Intelligence & Reasoning:

• Questions on analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, visual memory, observation, relationship concepts, reasoning, etc.
